Psychological support for Expat (Skype)
By paying attention to your inner life and emotions there is a potential to change your daily experience. I believe in creating an empathetic and accepting space.
Through exploring and delving into your past experiences, you can address the root of your pain and help you live a fuller and more involved life.
I take a psychodynamic approach and, according to the patient's needs, I incorporate short-term applied tools from the Cognitive-Behavioral Approach (CBT).
I work from an interactive approach that allows for a warm atmosphere in therapy.
I work in Hebrew and English.
